5. Our content

The text, designs, images, videos and course examples on this site belong to Capytech or to the people who licensed them to us. You may view them and print a copy for your own reference. You may not copy, republish or sell them without our written permission. Articulate 360 and other product names belong to their owners.

6. Free tools and downloads

Our estimators, checklists, checkers and other free tools give general guidance only. The mandatory training checker and the AI readiness checker summarise official sources but are not legal or regulatory advice, and rules change, so check the source and take your own advice before relying on them. Tool results are not a quote or an offer. A price is only binding when we confirm it to you in writing.

7. Our services

Nothing on this site is an offer to supply services. Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, and that agreement takes priority over anything on the site.

8. Forms and personal data

When you send us an enquiry, download a resource or contact us on WhatsApp, we use your details as set out in our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

9. Links to other sites

Links to other websites are provided for your information only. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content.
