Why Saudi organisations work with us

Training That Fits the Kingdom, Not a Translation of Someone Else's

Saudi Arabia is building a workforce at a pace few countries have attempted. Vision 2030 programmes, giga-projects, Saudisation targets and new regulators all create the same demand: large numbers of people who need to learn specific things quickly, in Arabic, with proof that they did.

Capytech has worked with Saudi organisations since 2020, from our office in Riyadh and our headquarters in Dubai, alongside banks, government entities and global brands across the GCC. We design in Arabic first when the audience is Arabic, not as a translation afterwards, and we build to the standards Saudi regulators and quality bodies expect, including the e-training standards published by NELC, the Kingdom's national centre for e-learning.

What does an e-learning company do for a Saudi organisation?

It turns your policies, procedures, products and skills into online courses your staff can take on any device, hosts them on a learning platform, tracks who completed what, and keeps the content current. Capytech does all of that in Arabic and English from one team.

How we work with Saudi clients

Four Steps From First Call to Live Programme

We run projects from our Riyadh office to Saudi working days and hours, with review links your team can open from anywhere.

01Scope in your language

A short call in Arabic or English to agree the audience, the outcome you need and the evidence you must keep.

02Design and sign off

Storyboards and a sample screen for approval before the full build, so there are no surprises.

03Build, test, translate

Our designers and developers build the course, native speakers check the Arabic, and we test it on the devices your staff use.

04Launch and keep current

Live on Siraj or your own LMS, with reports for managers and updates whenever a rule or product changes.

Arabic first

Arabic Is Where We Start, Not Where We Finish

Most e-learning sold into the Kingdom is written in English and translated. The result reads like a translation. We write Arabic courses in Arabic, choose Modern Standard Arabic or a lighter register to suit the audience, design right to left layouts from the first screen, and record Arabic voiceover with native speakers.

When you already have English courses, we localise them properly: text, audio, images, examples and assessments, then a native review. Read more about Arabic e-learning.

FAQ

Saudi Arabia Questions Answered

What training and HR teams in the Kingdom ask us before they start.

Does Capytech work in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. We have an office in Riyadh and have built e-learning for Saudi organisations since 2020, with our headquarters and production team in Dubai. On-site sessions in the Kingdom are arranged whenever a project needs them.

Can you build courses in Arabic?

Yes. We design Arabic courses in Arabic, with right to left layouts, native voiceover and a native speaker review. Bilingual courses with a language switch are common for mixed workforces.

Which Saudi regulations can you cover in training?

The Personal Data Protection Law, anti-money laundering rules from SAMA, the National Cybersecurity Authority's awareness requirements, anti-bribery and conduct policies, and occupational health and safety. We map each course to the regulator's wording and keep it updated.

Can the LMS be hosted to meet Saudi data residency policies?

Siraj can be deployed as a dedicated instance with hosting options in the region, and it integrates with your single sign-on. We agree the hosting and data arrangements with your IT and security teams before launch.

Do you deliver training to NELC standards?

We design content to the e-training quality standards published by NELC, the Kingdom's national centre for e-learning. Where a licence or accreditation is required for your programme, we support your application with the documentation and content evidence it needs.

How do we buy from a Saudi entity?

We work with Saudi organisations directly and through their procurement systems, with quotes, contracts and invoices prepared for your finance team. Ask us about the arrangement that suits your organisation.

How quickly can a Saudi project start?

A FastTrack course can be live within a week of receiving your material. A custom programme usually starts within two weeks of sign-off, with a first review in the first month, and our Riyadh team can meet you in person at the start.
