AI Training for Every Employee, Safe and Measurable.
The Capytech AI Academy teaches your whole workforce to use AI tools well and safely, from a first AI Licence to leading AI projects. Short lessons, real work examples and a dashboard that shows where everyone is. Available in Arabic, English or any language your teams need.

The Region Is Betting on AI. Your People Need to Keep Up.
The UAE has set out to lead in artificial intelligence through its National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031, and Saudi Arabia has put data and AI at the heart of Vision 2030. Government entities, banks and large employers across the GCC are rolling out Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and their own AI tools.
Tools on their own change very little. Staff need to know what the tools do well, where they go wrong and what must never be pasted into them. Without that, organisations get either no adoption or risky adoption. The AI Academy gives everyone the same safe starting point and a clear route forward.
What is AI training for employees?
AI training for employees teaches staff to use generative AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, safely and productively in their own jobs. Good AI training covers what the tools can and cannot do, how to protect personal and confidential data, and how to check AI output before relying on it. It should be short, practical, based on real work and refreshed as the tools change.
Safe First, Useful Straight Away, Visible to You
Safe first
Everyone starts with the AI Licence: data, confidentiality, accuracy and your own AI policy, before anything else.
Useful from day one
Lessons use real tasks such as summarising, drafting and analysing, so people save time in their first week.
Visible to you
A dashboard shows who holds a Licence, who is progressing and where the gaps are, by team and by stage.
AI Licence First, Then Four Stages at Each Person's Own Pace
Everyone begins with the AI Licence, eight short lessons and a check at the end, covering safe use of AI at work. It is renewed every year, so it keeps pace with the tools and with your policy.
After the Licence, four stages build skill step by step: Explorer, Practitioner, Builder and Champion. Each stage unlocks the next and ends with a short check, and a security thread runs through every one of them.

A Clear Route From First Steps to Leading AI Change
Safe use of AI at work: data, accuracy, bias and your policy. Required for everyone and renewed yearly.
Everyday tasks such as drafting, summarising, rewriting and planning with AI.
Better prompts, checking output and working with documents and data.
Repeatable workflows, templates and simple assistants for your team.
Leading AI change: finding uses, coaching colleagues and measuring results.
Short Lessons Built Around Real Work
Lessons take five to seven minutes and follow colleagues through ordinary tasks: summarising a long email thread, preparing for a meeting, drafting a reply or checking figures. Learners see the prompt, the result and what to check before using it.
Every course ends with a short check with a pass mark of 80%. Passing moves the learner along the journey, earns a badge and unlocks the next stage.

Role Tracks and Tool Guides for the Way Your Teams Work
Once the Licence is done, people add tracks for their role and for the AI tools your organisation has approved.
Seven role tracks
HR, finance, sales and marketing, customer service, operations, legal and leaders, each with examples from that job.
Tool guides
Practical guides for Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, so people learn the tool they actually use.
IT and security
A technical track for IT and security teams on the risks AI tools bring and how to control them.
A Dashboard That Shows Exactly Where Everyone Is
See AI Licence coverage, progress by stage and by team, who has stalled and whose Licence is due for renewal. Managers see their own teams. L&D, IT and compliance see the whole organisation.
Reports export for audit and for leadership, so you can show the board what the AI programme has achieved and where to focus next.

Your AI Policy, Your Tools, Your Language
Your AI policy in the Licence
We add your own AI policy and approved tools to the AI Licence, so staff learn your rules, not generic ones.
Local data protection
We align the safe use lessons with the rules that apply to you, such as the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and guidance from your sector regulator.
Any language
The Academy is available in Arabic, English or any language your teams need, with Arabic reviewed by native speakers.
Your own branded LMS
Run the Academy on Siraj, our AI-powered LMS, in your branding, or load it into the LMS you already use.
From First Call to a Trained Organisation
A live demo of the Academy and the dashboard, with your questions answered.
Your branding, teams, policy and approved tools, ready for launch.
Staff complete the AI Licence first, then move through the stages at their own pace.
Follow progress on the dashboard, renew Licences each year and add tracks when you need them.
AI Training Questions
What HR, L&D and IT leaders in the GCC ask us.
What is the AI Licence?
The AI Licence is the first course everyone takes. It covers safe use of AI at work: protecting personal and confidential data, checking output, bias and your organisation's AI policy. It ends with a short check and is renewed every year.
Which AI tools does the training cover?
The core journey works with any tool. Optional guides cover Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, and we can add guides for tools you have approved or built yourselves.
Is the AI training available in Arabic?
Yes. The Academy is available in Arabic, English or any other language your workforce needs.
How long does it take?
Lessons take five to seven minutes. The AI Licence takes under an hour, and the full library is about ten hours across 17 courses, taken at each person's own pace.
Does it support the UAE and Saudi AI strategies?
It builds the everyday AI skills those strategies depend on. The UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031 and Saudi Vision 2030 both aim to grow AI skills across the workforce, and the Academy gives every employee a measurable starting point.
Can we see who has completed it?
Yes. The dashboard shows Licence coverage, progress by stage and by team, stalled learners and renewals due, with exports for audit.
Can we add our own content?
Yes. We can add your AI policy, your approved tools and custom courses built by our instructional designers.
How much does AI training cost?
It depends on the number of learners, languages and any custom content. We do not publish prices on this site. Book a demo and we will send a written quote.
