How our pricing works
We do not publish a price list, because two training projects are rarely the same size. Instead, every service follows a clear pricing model, and you receive a written quote for your exact scope before any work begins. Here is how each one is priced and what moves the number.
Four services, four pricing models
You can buy one service or combine them, for example a custom induction module running in Siraj alongside courses from our library.
Quoted per project
A fixed price for an agreed scope of modules, based on length, interactivity, media and languages.
A subscription
Based mainly on your number of learners, the features you need and any integrations.
Licensed by learners
Shaped by how many people need access and which courses or collections you choose.
Licences per seat
Teams or Personal, the number of seats and the term, with any training quoted alongside.
The choices that move a quote
These are the levers we talk through with you, so you pay for what your learners actually need and nothing else.
Custom e-learning
Every custom module is scoped with you first. These factors make the biggest difference.
- LengthHow much content the module covers, measured in learning time rather than slides.
- InteractivitySimple read and check screens cost less than branching scenarios, simulations or game elements.
- MediaVoiceover, filmed video and custom animation are all optional, and each adds production work.
- Arabic and any languageEach extra language version is translated, rebuilt and checked. Arabic versions include right to left layouts and a native speaker review.
- AI featuresAn AI tutor or AI scenario tools can be added to the modules where they help learners most.
- Review roundsWe agree the number of feedback rounds up front, which keeps both the timeline and the price stable.
- Number of modulesA programme of several modules shares design work, so each module costs less than it would on its own.
- Source materialApproved content is quicker to build than content we research and write with your experts.
Siraj LMS
Siraj, our own LMS, is priced as a subscription. Your quote reflects how you will use it.
- Number of learnersThe main factor. Tell us how many people will use the platform now and in the next year.
- Features you needGuided learner journeys, manager dashboards, certificates and renewals tracking, and AI tutor and scenario tools.
- IntegrationsConnections to your HR or ERP system through a custom API are scoped as part of the quote.
- Branding and journeysYour brand, and themed journeys for programmes such as induction.

Pricing questions
Why don't you publish prices?
Training projects vary too much for one price list to be useful. The length, interactivity, languages and number of learners all change the answer, so we quote for your exact scope instead.
Will the price change once we approve a quote?
The quote covers the scope you approve. If the scope changes, for example extra modules, languages or review rounds, we agree the change with you in writing before any extra work starts.
Does an Arabic version cost the same as the English one?
Usually not. An extra language version reuses the design and structure of the original, so it is priced as additional work on top of the first version. Arabic includes right to left layouts and a native speaker review, which we include in the quote.
How is Siraj priced?
Siraj is a subscription. The main factor is your number of learners, followed by the features and any HR or ERP integration you need. Book a demo and we will quote for your organisation.
Can we buy Articulate 360 licences without other services?
Yes. We supply Articulate 360 Teams and Personal licences on their own, with training available if your team wants it. Try the licence chooser first.
How quickly can we get a quote?
Once we understand your scope, we prepare a written quote. The quickest way to start is a short call or a WhatsApp message telling us who you need to train and on what.
