Articulate 360 Teams
Seats belong to your organisation and are managed in one place. When someone changes role or leaves, the seat moves to the next person. Teams is built for shared work, so colleagues can collaborate on courses and gather review comments together.
Articulate 360 Personal
One licence for one named person, who owns it. It suits freelancers and independent designers who build on their own. If you start with Personal and later grow into a team, we can help you move to Teams.
Features and add-ons. Articulate adds and updates features over time, including add-ons such as AI Assistant and Localization. We confirm exactly what your plan includes, and which add-ons suit your team, when we send your quote.

Licence questions
Should our company buy Teams or Personal?
If the licences belong to your organisation, choose Articulate 360 Teams. Seats are managed centrally and can be reassigned when people change role or leave. Personal is for one individual who owns the licence, usually a freelancer.
How many seats do we need?
Usually one seat for each person who builds or edits courses. Reviewers who only comment on drafts are a separate question, and we confirm how they take part when we prepare your quote.
Can one Personal licence be shared by our team?
No. A Personal licence belongs to one named person. If more than one person builds courses, or the organisation should own the licence, Teams is the right choice.
Are AI Assistant and Localization included?
Articulate changes its features and add-ons over time, so we confirm exactly what is included in your plan, and which add-ons you may want, when we send your quote.
Can Articulate 360 build Arabic courses?
Yes. Storyline 360 and Rise 360 both support right to left text. Arabic courses still need care with fonts, mirrored layouts and mixed Arabic and English terms, which our Arabic localisation workshops cover.
