Compliance Training People Finish, With Proof for the Auditor

Capytech builds compliance e-learning for organisations in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC: courses mapped to the regulator that asks for them, in Arabic and English, tracked on an LMS that produces the evidence an audit needs.

The problem

Most Compliance Training Is Designed to Be Ignored

Every organisation in the Gulf has a list of training it must prove its people completed: anti-money laundering for regulated firms, data protection under the UAE and Saudi laws, cybersecurity awareness, anti-bribery, health and safety. Most of it is delivered as slides with a quiz, finished on a Friday afternoon and forgotten by Monday.

We build compliance courses as short scenarios about the decisions your staff actually face, in their language, on their phones, and we track completion on a platform that turns it into a report your compliance officer can hand to an inspector.

What is compliance e-learning?

Online training that teaches employees the laws, regulations and internal policies they must follow, tests their understanding and records who completed it and when. In the GCC it is usually required by a regulator, an auditor or a parent company.

From Course to Audit File

01Assign by role and entity

Siraj or your LMS assigns the right courses to the right people, with due dates and reminders in Arabic and English.

02Track and chase

Managers see who has not finished. Automated reminders do the chasing so your compliance team does not.

03Report and export

Completion, scores and certificates by entity, department and site, exported for regulators, auditors and the board.

04Update when the rule changes

We revise the course when a law or circular changes, re-assign the new version and keep the history.

FAQ

Compliance E-Learning Questions Answered

Which GCC regulations can your compliance courses cover?

Anti-money laundering under the UAE AML law and SAMA's rules, the UAE and Saudi personal data protection laws, DIFC and ADGM data regimes, cybersecurity awareness under the National Cybersecurity Authority and UAE information assurance standards, anti-bribery and conduct policies, and occupational health and safety. We confirm the exact wording for your regulator before writing.

Can compliance training be in Arabic?

Yes. Courses are built in Arabic, English or both, with right to left layouts and a native speaker review, and the LMS reports completion in either language.

How do we prove completion to an auditor?

Siraj and most LMSs record completion, score, date and version per learner. We set up the reports your auditor or regulator expects, by entity, department and site, and keep the history when a course is updated.

How fast can a compliance course be live?

A FastTrack course from your policy document is usually live within a week. A custom scenario-based course takes four to six weeks. Library courses deploy in days.

Do you update courses when the law changes?

Yes. FastTrack includes unlimited updates. Custom courses come with an update plan, and we monitor the main GCC regulators so you hear about changes early.

Can the courses run on our existing LMS?

Yes. Everything is published as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 or xAPI and runs in platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Docebo and Workday Learning as well as on Siraj.
