An e-learning subscription is a fixed monthly service that covers building courses, hosting them and keeping them up to date. Instead of paying a large fee for each course and again for every change, you pay one predictable amount and send changes whenever you need them.

Each course takes about four to five working days once we have your material, and several courses can be built at the same time.
Word documents, PDFs, slide decks, manuals or recorded briefings. Rough material is fine. Turning it into learning is our job.
Our instructional designers write the course, add interactions and knowledge checks, and send you a review link. You comment, we revise, you sign off.

What is Capytech FastTrack?
FastTrack is a monthly subscription that turns your existing documents into interactive e-learning on your own branded LMS. It includes course building, unlimited updates and admin support for one fixed monthly fee, with no upfront build cost.
How fast is a FastTrack course built?
About four to five working days per course once we have your material. Several courses can be built at the same time, so a programme of five courses does not take five times as long.
What counts as an update?
Any change to the text, policies, procedures, questions or images in an existing course. Send the change and we make it, usually within 48 hours. Updates are unlimited for the life of the subscription.
Can FastTrack courses be in Arabic?
Yes. We build in Arabic and English, with right to left layouts checked by native speakers, and in any other language your workforce needs.
Do we have to use your LMS?
No. Every plan includes a branded LMS, but courses are published as SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004 or xAPI, so they also run in the LMS you already have, such as SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone or Docebo. Our own platform is Siraj, the AI-powered LMS.
How long is the minimum term?
Plans run for a minimum of 12 months and are billed monthly.
Are the courses accessible?
Yes. Courses are built to WCAG accessibility guidelines and work on phones, tablets and desktops.
How much does FastTrack cost?
