From PowerPoint to e-learning in 10 steps
Most organisations already have the training they need, sitting in slide decks and PDFs. This free two-page checklist shows you how to turn a deck into a short e-learning module that people finish, remember and can be evidenced for audits.
- Ten steps from deck to module, in the order to do them
- How to cut a long deck to a 10 to 20 minute module
- Turning bullet points into scenarios and decisions
- Planning Arabic or any other language from the start
- Publishing in SCORM or xAPI so your LMS tracks it
- A before and after example you can share with your team

Useful if any of these sound familiar
You have training in slides
Induction, policies, safety or product training that is still presented live or emailed as a deck.
You need proof of completion
Auditors, regulators or clients ask who completed what, and attendance sheets no longer answer it.
You train in more than one language
Staff need English, Arabic or another language, and you want one plan for every version.
Checklist questions
Who is the checklist for?
L&D, HR, compliance and training teams in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC who have training in PowerPoint or PDF and want to turn it into e-learning, whether they build it themselves or with a partner.
Do I need special software to follow it?
No. The steps work with any authoring tool, including Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise 360. Step 8 explains the SCORM and xAPI formats your LMS needs.
Does it cover Arabic courses?
Yes. Step 7 covers planning translation and right to left layouts from the start, so an Arabic or bilingual version does not have to be rebuilt later.
Is the checklist really free?
Yes. Enter your details and we will email you the PDF straight away. We may send one follow-up email to ask if it helped, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Can you build the module for us?
Yes. Our team builds custom e-learning from your slides, PDFs and policies in English, Arabic or any language, and Siraj, our own LMS, can host and track it.
