Capytech was founded by former military instructors from the Royal Air Force and the Royal Australian Air Force, trained in the systematic approach to training. That background still shapes how we work: start with what people need to do, design for it, then prove it worked.
Our team brings together instructional designers, developers, animators, platform specialists and project managers. We work in Arabic and English every day and build in any language a workforce needs, so one team can take a training need from the first conversation to a live programme and keep it running.
