Hard to believe that we’re already approaching the halfway point of the year. This year has been full of challenges, with much of the world still struggling with the pandemic. We hope you and your loved ones are well.

2021 got off to a good start for us at Capytech. It’s fulfilling some of the promise the end of 2020 showed and we are seeing some normality again with an increase in e-learning projects. We’ve been able to open our office again consistently and are welcoming back a number of clients who paused initiatives last year as we all dealt with the changes the pandemic brought with it.

I’m pleased to say that we are back at our first physical trade show since early last year. We will be at the ATD ME in The Address Dubai Marina on 8-9th of June as well as a virtual one on 29-30 June. Of course we would love to see everyone there, and I’ll be presenting on my favourite topic - making great e-learning! If you’re interested in attending (spaces are limited due to social distancing requirements) - you can register here.

I’d also like to remind everyone about the amazing content partner we have in GO1. Capytech are very much specialists in the development of custom content, but our partner GO1 brings with them the world’s largest library of aggregated curated content from 200+ global providers! It’s crazy good, and their platform is simply world class.

On top of that, they can integrate with any 3rd party LMS, and the most exciting being Microsoft Teams, with their Learning App! You won’t necessarily need to go to your LMS to access learning, rather use the system that you’re doing all your other work/meetings on, and learn in the flow of work. Cool stuff.
Of course, our great interactive e-learning works perfectly there too! So if you want to learn more about it, then let me know!

I’ll keep my newsletters more regular now as has been requested, so expect me in your inbox in a few months. In the meantime, take care, stay well and I hope those wanting to travel during the summer get the opportunity to do so.

Best wishes,

Damian Hehir
