For those of you that read last month’s newsletter, you’d recall that we were in full delivery mode. Well that is still very much the case (which is amazing!), but if I were to describe the past month in one word - it would be growth.

As we see demand increase, we need to build our team to meet this requirement. This presents a challenge of course as we need to find the right people that fit our culture and remote working setup, and then train them on the tools of our trade. Thankfully, we’re getting pretty good at this (after much trial and error!) and have built training and processes to do this effectively.

Capytech is now bigger than ever. It will be exciting to see just what we can achieve with our growing team!

Ramadan Kareem to our Muslim friends and colleagues. As you may know Ramadan is the holiest month in the Muslim calendar, and learning more about it will give you greater insight into the Islamic religion.

Capytech is pleased to present this short e-learning module introducing some of the pillars of Ramadan, and will hopefully give the learner a greater understanding about its importance.

SME PROFILE: E-LEARNING SPECIALIST AIMS TO LOCALISE CONTENT

Capytech co-founder was recently profiled in The National newspaper. This was received very warmly, and it’s great to see the profile of Capytech be raised.

THIS E-LEARNING STARTUP HAS CREATED A SERIES OF COURSES TAUGHT BY WELL-KNOWN CELEBRITIES

Whilst a pinch of scepticism should be applied to the cult of celebrity, seeing their pulling power be used for e-learning is very exciting. It will hopefully bring their expertise to a wide audience, and show what can be done online.

MILITARY LESSONS IN ENTERPRENEURSHIP

No surprises that for a company founded by two ex-military fellows that this article is appealing! The military has shaped the way we think, and so it’s interesting to see other’s thoughts on how it applies to entrepreneurship.

PIPEDRIVE CRM

I strongly believe that using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool is vital to businesses big and small. I started using Pipedrive very early on when we started Capytech, and whilst at the beginning it might not have been strictly necessary - it has allowed us to grow organically and not let things slip through the cracks.

Pipedrive allows me to track all interactions with my clients and prospects and importantly schedule any future activities. It’s one of the first things I check in the morning to know what I need to do for the day and is vital to my overall organisation.

It can be setup to send reminders of upcoming activities each morning, and I also have it configured to automatically add meetings to my calendar. It allows for the custom tracking of deal status, as well as giving you metrics on performance, activities etc. With a long list of 3rd party integrations (like Slack mentioned last month), you can deeply embed it into your workflow.

By clicking on this this link or the link above, you’ll get an extra free month free trial - so give it a go!
